My greatest achievement has been to lose weight and inches so that I could comfortably fly to Seattle, Washington and not have to ask for a seat belt extension. I actually had excess seat belt with the normal belt! I can now wear a bathing suit (two pieces at that!) and I feel GREAT for the first time ever!
