Since my surgery my proudest feeling is that I have consistent weight loss and I feel great! My biggest achievement has been my re-found energy and vitality. I am up early and outside building my garden and finishing all of those things I had no energy to do before. For the first time in a long time I feel good about myself. I am no longer napping or watching TV. I am looking forward to what I can do tomorrow. I feel great!
